When applying, please be sure to include detailed information such as your diving level and certification, diving experience, required rental equipment, preferred dates, and number of participants.

Basic Policy

We welcome all guests equally, including travelers and international visitors.

However, travelers often stay at temporary accommodations, and it may be difficult to contact them in case of cancellations or emergencies. For this reason, our acceptance conditions and policies may differ slightly from those for local customers.

Our diving service is mainly designed for serious and experienced divers, rather than for casual “try diving during a trip” experiences.

Diving Service in Hayama, Kanagawa

We are a PADI-registered dive center.

We manage local dive sites, conduct training courses, provide air tanks, and guide certified divers.

We operate year-round, but please note that Japan has four seasons, and air and water temperatures change throughout the year.

We offer the following services:

Available Reservation Times

Our standard meeting time is from 8:00 AM.
We also accept afternoon bookings from 1:00 PM.

We are open year-round and operate daily unless sea conditions are unsafe.

Please note that weekends from July to October are especially busy, and reservations may be difficult to secure.

Reservations and Cancellations

Advance reservations are required by the day before.
Same-day bookings are not accepted.

After confirming the terms and conditions, we require credit card registration and advance payment at the time of booking.

If diving is canceled due to poor sea conditions, a full refund will be issued through the payment provider.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No cancellation fee if canceled by 8:00 PM, three days before the course date.
  • Cancellations made after this deadline for personal reasons are non-refundable (100% charge).
  • For license courses such as PADI Open Water Diver, cancellations are not accepted. Date changes only.

All courses and guidance are conducted in Japanese by Japanese staff.

We provide support using translation apps and voice translation tools when necessary.

Although instruction is mainly in Japanese, we use standard diving terminology, and basic communication should be possible.

All participants must complete and submit a medical questionnaire in advance.

For training courses, e-learning materials and exams are available in multiple languages.
You may choose your preferred language.

Course Operation Decision

On the evening before the course, we will decide whether the course can be conducted based on the latest weather and sea conditions.

We will contact you with the decision.
